Week 4: Teaching practice phase 1

  Can't believe it's been already 4 weeks since our teaching practice has started. The idea of online classes sounded very simple and convenient. But it's challenging. Moderating it, trying to understand the emotions of the students through their voices,  students not replying to your questions etc., the challenges list can go on and on. But in this day and age, a teacher must know how to handle online and offline classes.

This week I had 2 classes.  Since two 9th class to be combined and they had completed different portions of similar triangles, I had to start a new chapter, Prisms.

11/01/2022 I entered the school at 9.15am. I arranged all my teaching aids for my class. The first hour was 9D2.students welcomed me happily😊..I gave activity cards to check their previous knowledge..they all got it right😎..I was so happy. Then I continued my portions and I gave some follow up activities.. The next hour was free . That time I wrote my records 😇. I went to 9E2 before the bell rang🛎.  14/03/2022 Euphoria 💕 The day started with prayer by Parvathi Thampi from natural science. She sang very well. After the prayer a beautiful Pooja dance by Megha S Nair and Megha A  S. The anchoring session was done by uthara. She welcomed Ancy ma’am for welcome speech. Then our beloved principal done by introductory speech..The college union NISARGA gave name to the camp ‘EUPHORIA’.. Then presidential address was done by Subinjith, college chairman.
